1. What can I bring for Safari/Trek?:

4. When is Rain season?:

11. What Vehicles are used on safari?:

12. What happen if I fall sick on the Mountain?:

13. What exercise can make me fit before trekking?:

First seek advice from your doctor before doing any exercise for gym training you should do: Stair muster in high & low spread, high & low resistance for two weeks. Cycling 25min twice a week, Leg press & Sit-up 3 set of 15 for a week, Knee & back extension 3 set of 15 for a week. You can also do hiking exercise like 5min of stretching thrice a week combine with 6km walk/run thrice a week for 7 weeks before the main Kilimanjaro climb.

14. How is the TIPPING done?:

The tipping system used by Turaco Tour’s Trek is an essential part of the Support crew, cooks, drivers and guides income. They work very hard to provide the best possible services but at the same time they expect good tips in return, just to know, 20%-25% of the total amount paid for safari/trek for the whole team would be fine, tipping is not a MUST but necessary.
